The ad says "design is printed on cotton T Shirt for comfort and feel"; but this is not printed, it's a heat press decal, which feels like having duck tape on the front of your shirt.

DTG printing is more eco-friendly than traditional screen printing. These specialty printers work much differently than screen printing presses–they use digital files instead of screens and print shirt designs like an inkjet printer would. There may have been a fulfillment issue with the shirt you received and we would be happy to look further into this to make sure it doesn't happen in the future.
