The boot is waterproof and easy-on, easy-off, but the top front hits my shin causing bruising. The full height might have worked better for me.

I got these boots for my boyfriend for Christmas last year and they are great boots, but he is a farmer and wore them to work most days and after about 9-10 months of wearing them they started ripping and tearing. He cannot wear them anymore because the holes. We tried ShoeGoo to fill in the holes but failed. Great boot but not for farmers!

These are the best boots for everyday use. I wear them working in the yard, going in and out of stores on rainy or cold days, and general everyday use. In the winter and during wet or stormy weather, these are my go-to daily foot ware. Plus, I get more people asking me where did you get those boots? They are fashionable, comfortable and reliable. My favorite footwear purchase ... ever! My two teenage sons liked my boots so much we had to buy them each a pair. Now, that says it all !

This was my 3rd pair of Edgewater mids over the last 7 years which I use as a daily wearer in the dog kennels along as a upland hunting boot logging 100s of miles yearly with a perfect fit ..I would recommend them for any type of outdoor use. Only draw back are the insoles are not of top quality

I'm like a 13 and a half, bought a 14 and they were pretty darn good. Threw some dr scholl's insert things in there and now these boots are nothing short of perfect. They slip on and off with ease, unlike my Xtra tuff boots which are just a major pita. I don't even have to sit down to put them on, step in, kick em off, watch tv. That's it. Highly recommend.

Ideal for muddy dog walks. Accurate fit and overall sizing. I have full size Muck Boots 'Chore' also. Edgewater classic probably win on being lighter and more comfortable if in boots a lot of the time.

I am a women's 6.5 EE and these slip on easily and are very comfortable. However the soles are very slippery. On wet surfaces or getting on and off the tractor or bobcat can be dangerous, as the giant bruise on my shin can attest.

I would say this style is mostly basic boot. Definitely will have dry & warm feet. I have skinny legs so the fit is loose for me but they work as a quick slip on and off. The outsole has good traction.
