The tension belt is a good idea. I’ve purchased another well-known brand of men's dress belts. However, this one is difficult to remove. It took me nearly 5 minutes to figure out how to remove it without damaging it. I advise including instructions like the other manufacturers on how the belt works and how to remove it. Other than that, the style is good. Perhaps for some people, it works perfectly fine. I’ll be returning mine.
