Print Quality Control issues?

Unfortunately the print quality just wasn’t right. The graphic felt out of focus - it’s possibly that the print quality of mine wasn’t great… I’m not sure if others have had this issue. I will be returning unfortunately as the graphic just isn’t crisp as shown in the photo here online.
