The garland comes in a very small box, with each flower folded in on itself. It took my sister two hours to completely fluff up and she is a seasoned tissue paper flower artist with bridal showers, baby showers, and birthdays under her belt. Once unfurled, it's GORGEOUS. And heavy. Because we plan on reusing the garland every Spring and because we like to decorate the arch, we hung the garland with tiny picture hanging nails. We had to put a nail in the middle, two on each side, and two to anchor it in order to get the flowers to stay up like they are in the picture. We had the birthday party two weeks ago and the flowers look as good as the day we hung them.
So tedious to assemble.

Beautiful but what an absolute nightmare to assemble. This is SO time consuming to make look like the photo. I’m talking plan about four hours. I wish I were kidding. But again, pretty if you have the time for it.
