Purchased this bed 5 months ago. It is gapping/sinking in the middle and very uncomfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall it was an easy set up. The box was not your typical “mattress in a box”, it was slender and long instead of the rectangular smaller box. Once we got it open it did have a terrible smell, like paint. We ended up letting it sit for several days to let the smell out. I’ve been made aware from others this can be typical with mattresses in a box. Once we got it set up it has been great. It’s comfortable, not too soft but not too hard. I don’t feel my spouses every move like the typical mattress so that has been great! Overall I do recommend and would get one all over again.

It was very easy to move to my daughter's room, which is located on the second floor of my house. I had previously bought a smaller one with gaps that could have been dangerous for my daughter, but this one fits true to size. It is only set up to its original size of 14", so installing it is far too easy—you just lengthen it and take off the plastic. Most importantly, lying on that mattress is a pleasure because it is extremely comfortable. Nothing compares to that, thus I give it a thousand stars. Nothing is better than investing in your family's comfort when it comes to rest.

It's a memory foam spring mattress hybrid and does not require a boxspring. We have it sitting on top of a platform bed frame and it works great. Due to it being memory foam, it needs to expand for up to 2 days before using it (it arrives rolled up). The mattress is very comfortable with a medium firmness to it. The mattress is extremely heavy and required 3 people to move it to our upstairs bedroom.

It was so easy to unwrap the plastic and just watch it reanimate. I left it to fully expand for 24 hours before setting it up. I didn't notice any odors once unwrapped. The fabric is perfect. Silky and cooling to sleep on. I have slept so well since setting my full sized mattress up. It is the perfect mix of not too hard and not too soft. I prefer a mattress on the firmer side and this mattress has hit the mark. I wasn't sure what to expect from a mattress that arrived rolled up in plastic but this one has exceeded my expectations! I have been sleeping so well! That is priceless.

It fluffed up nicely once it was out of the box for a couple days! I didn't experience any funky smells related to the mattress once I unboxed it. Sometimes these kinds of items have a temporary "odor". I would recommend rotating it every 6 moths as you should do with any mattress to prevent abnormal wear. I have slept amazing on this since receiving and I look forward to MANY more comfy nights!

This mattress is in our guest bedroom. I was a little skeptical of a mattress that starts off rolled up like a burrito. To our surprise, to start off with- it weighs close to 80lbs! This is quite a bit more than the standard mattress weighs. Once it settled after being rolled up, you wouldn't even know it was a mattress in a box! We decided to try it out- and absolutely love it!! It is comfortable with great support without being firm. We love it so much that we have one on order for our bedroom. I have no doubt that any guest will also enjoy a great night of sleep.

I have never had a mattress from a box and this was delivered right to my front door. Once you open it you cut the plastic that's holding it and then you allow it to sit for a few hours to let it raise back up because it's been vacuum packed. It becomes firm which I was really surprised but it's super comfortable. I love the pillow top design of it and it's got firm edges so if you sit on the side of the bed you're not falling forward or feel like you're sinking down into the mattress. This mattress is super high quality. It's made of great materials and it was very very comfortable. I like a slightly firm but yet I love the pillow top tight mattresses and this one is perfect for that. I don't think you'll be disappointed and it's an extremely good value, you don't have to wait around for a company to come deliver a big mattress and have to pay that added expense. I will be ordering another one for one of our other beds in the guest room. Love this!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Who knew so much comfort could arrive in the mail in such a small box! it is like magic unboxing this thing, rolling it out, and watching it magically grow into a queen size mattress. It was wonderful, not having to arrange with a delivery company, and being home between some ridiculously long window like 8 to 3. Instead, this just arrives like any old package in the mail, it was much more convenient. When we set it up, it immediately grew to life, but if you wait several hours, it keeps growing and becomes even more comfortable. The best part is the pocketed springs means it’s compatible with my adjustable base. Which is to say, I have one of those beds where you can raise the head, or push a button and add some leg support. I know you could get memory foam mattresses in the mail, but I had no idea you could get a pocketed spring mattress. This is my favorite type of mattress because it is the best of both worlds. And there was an amazing, unexpected bonus, I swear that my husband snores less on this mattress than on a completely memory foam one. I’m no doctor, so I have no idea why, but I am guessing it’s those springs that give it a little extra support, so his body is not sagging too much. I also like it because I have a bad back, it is very supportive of my bad back. Another feature that’s useful is since I am injured I toss and turn a lot at night, but luckily my husband does not feel it as it does not transfer very much movement to his side. Overall this is a great mattress that I would highly recommend!

It had a very strong chemical smell that lasted quite a while, over a week. And while I prefer a plush mattress, this was not super comfortable to me. It is soft and fine to just sit on. But I woke up with my back hurting a lot. I am heavy, so it may not happen to everyone, but within just a few weeks, there is a visible dip on my side. It usually takes much longer for that to happen. Honestly, I would not recommend this mattress.

It's soft but doesn't just pull me down into a hole. It keeps a firmer shape around me making it easier to move or roll in my sleep. It has still held its shape.
