Merrick Lane Solid Wood Platform Bed with Wooden Slats and Headboard, No Box Spring Needed

I was very impressed with the quality of this for the price. It’s a solid bed! And the walnut color is beautiful - not gray or orange, but a beautiful neutral brown walnut wood. It took some work to put together, I wish it was a hook/rail system for faster setup, but the instructions were easy to follow and the hex wrench system made it easy to do. The only negative I’d say is that the side rails are two pieces with a bracket and support holding them together. I would have preferred a single piece for each side rail.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been sleeping on this bed frame since I received it and I have many positive things to say about it but also a few negatives. It is a very pretty bed; it matches my room perfectly. It was relatively easy to put together but did take some time. It has been great to sleep on, in terms of comfortability and is very sturdy. I also appreciate that it has space underneath for storage. I have a king-sized mattress, and this bed is advertised as a king size frame but there is a 7-inch gap at the end of the bed where the mattress finishes, the frame is slightly too large. The bed frame has 4 legs in each corner and also smaller legs throughout the underneath for support. These smaller legs have feet on them that can be unscrewed somewhat to ensure they are level with the floor, and even though they have been unscrewed all the way, they did not reach the floor and made the bed sink in the middle. I have since added a small piece of wood under each of these feet and it has solved the problem. Overall, I really like the bed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good bed frame for the price. Assembly was relatively easy. It was time consuming because most of the assembly is with an Allen Wrench. I would suggest having the but to use with a drill to save yourself a lot of time and to make sure you get it nice and tight. Instructions were easy to understand. I do like that there are extra supports throughout the bottom of this bed frame to keep it nice and sturdy. It sits up ar a reasonable level so there is no problem getting into bed. The look of it is very chic. We got the king sized one and our king mattress fit like a glove.

The style fits my home with all of my more traditional furnishings, but I can tell it will also look great if I change things up and go with a more modern style too. The solid wood frame is heavy to move, but I think it will hold up great for years to come and the color is fantastic! Wish I could give it ten stars!!!

It's simple yet stylish. It seems to be solid. A good buy. I only dropped in 1 star, just because things are made the way they used to be. This is still a diy bedframe, so adjust your expectations.

It comes with all the hardware, wood slats, platform frame and headboard. This bed does not support weight over 800 lbs so keep that in mind. It does support the new memory foam mattresses.

The frame, headboard, bed posts, 12 slats, hardware and tools needed are all included. It took and hour to unbox and put together with one other person. I like that you don't need a box spring because of the slats. This bed can hold up to 800 pounds. I like that it's not high and hard to get into. It's perfect for those with small pets, children or disabled to easily slide in and out of. My mother is in a wheelchair and it's easier for her when she visits to sleep on a lower bed. I like that I have room underneath the bed if I need to store items underneath. I like the clean, classic look of the wooden frame but you could add a bedskirt if you wanted to hide items underneath. The bed is solid wood with a brown finish. Great addition to my home.

They love the color of the wood and it wasn’t super difficult for us to put together for them. Only thing is it’s really heavy, and large when it arrives. Make sure you’ve got someone to help you lug it to the room you want it in

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Kingston Full size platform be is a really nice edition to my room. I looks really nice. Just a warning, have help when assembling. It took me 7.5 hours to assemble by myself and at some points I really struggled trying to do it myself.

It has a good amount of slats to make it strong to hold and was definitely built to last! It is great quality and fits great in any room as it's pretty neutral. As easy as it could be to assemble being the size, and a little heavy so probably couldn't complete alone, but it's great in every other aspect.

The color is what I was most happy with, the pictures on the website looks good, but when you see the wood in person, it’s even better. It took a few hours to put together, but I am getting old. I think a younger me could’ve done it in about two hours.

The solid wood construction not only adds a touch of elegance to my bedroom, but it also ensures durability and sturdiness. The gray finish is beautifully done, providing a contemporary and sleek look that perfectly complements my bedroom decor. I was missing some hardware though and had to purchase a few additional screws and bed leg pegs. It was pretty straight forward to put together just wish it had all the hardware which I’m surprised as usually extra is sent.
