Used grill pan once results were top notch steak was cooked to perfection. Cleanup was easy and spotless. Looking forward to purchasing additional products. We have previously purchased the utensils with holder and found them to be equally satisfying as well. Very good quality products. Looking forward to our next purchase.

Looks really nice. Already seasoned which is great. Food doesn’t stick at all. Can use metal spatula without ruining the surface. Very versatile as able to go in oven under high heat without warping it. Much lighter than cast iron which makes it much easier to use.

Cast iron pans are heavy and hard to maintain. I appreciate the ease of use and maintenance.

Bought this roasting pan and the first time I used it to bake a ham, it discolored. Yesterday used it a second time to bake an apple crisp and after washing it and drying it with a paper towel all black came off!! Its not a good pan! I have bought many other green pan products including your essential electric skillet and have been pleased with them, but not this purchase.

Exceptional heating and searing. Just the right size. Hold 4 Filets nicely.

Absolutely loving my new carbon steel frypan so far. Unlike the cast iron skillets that we use, it heats up quickly and we've been able to cook eggs in this pan, without tons of scrubbing after.

This pan is great, but do not count on the coating it comes with. Wash it as soon as you get it then give it a good seasoning.

Warped when heated and won’t sit flat on glass top range. Probably ok for gas stove where this might not be an issue. Don’t have this issue with casts iron skillet. Did return to flat once cooled, but then warped again when heated to even low medium heat. Too bad, I liked all other elements of the pan.

Choice material for cookware. Non-toxic with great heat conduction. Very satisfied.

Love this pan. It is light and has a cooking surface of 8 inches and is larger than most other brands 7.5 for this size. Did my test cook with an egg (butter in pan) after following instructions for a quick cleaning. The egg was sliding around so much had difficulty in turning it over. Never had this reaction with any other pan. Cooked some pancakes and they did not stick. The outside texture of the pan has a very nice finish. I always start with medium heat for 3 minutes , then put a small amount of cooking oil then spread it around the pan with a paper towel. Wait for 1 minute then start cooking. Cleaning was simple, Let it cool down then boil water in pan and using a wooden spoon loosen any thing on it. Let it cool down again and wipe clean with a paper towel. If needed quick clean with soapy water. Last step wipe pan with oil on a paper towel. I was extremely impressed with this product.

This pan has a Very nice weight to it. And with a little butter in the pan an egg floats around better that any pan I have ever had.
