I love this book! I have followed Megan for a while. I participated in her Metabolism Makeover program she offers. I have tried many things when it comes to diet and exercise and this has changed my life completely. I now understand how to fuel my body appropriately so that I have energy and feel good. I don’t have my regular energy slumps in the afternoon or regular headaches. My relationship with food has changed. I no longer restrict certains foods and I don’t have guilt when I have sweets. Megan focuses on overall health not just nutrition. She helps you understand how sleep and stress are directly related to your food cravings. It’s like once you understand how so much of how you live life is connected you can then start making intentional life changes! I would definitely recommend this book. The science behind it is fascinating and makes so much sense. I wish I would have known this a long time ago.
