I didn’t have any trouble with not getting all the pieces. The design is slightly “off” with the brackets not being deep enough for the hangers on the buckets, but I made it work. It looks really nice on the wall. The buckets are way deeper than I envisioned. Pens get lost. I put an empty overturned tiny bowl inside one so that my pens wouldn’t get lost. Overall, not perfect, but I like it, and I, happy with my purchase.
