[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are a great tasting snack that helps you feel full. I ate one before supper and one after as dessert and it kept me satisfied the rest of the night. The only downfall is that the wafers get stuck in your teeth and leave a slimy feeling after a bit I know that’s the fiber working. Be prepared to drink lots of water and brush after eating.
