So yummy! Lots of spinach and feta mixed in, so I feel like I’m getting my money’s worth. The texture came out great in a skillet, just like a grilled beef burger imo 🤗

I wanted something I could easily make into a lunchtime sandwich for work. I've had Mighty Spark ground chicken before and it was very good; I've made ground turkey, spinach and feta burgers before and liked them very much. I thought this would be a winner. Not. So. I followed directions precisely for the stovetop, and I'm a good cook. These patties came out with the texture and consistency of a hockey puck, which I could have accepted. The taste, however, was NOT acceptable. It did NOT taste like feta cheese OR spinach; it was very sharp and vinegary and just disgusting. Thank goodness I took a nibble of it before I fixed it for lunch -- except just the bite I took made my stomach queasy, and I'm not a picky eater. The texture and the taste made me actually go back and check to see if I had accidentally bought a plant-based meat product -- it was that bad. Absolutely 110% DO NOT RECOMMEND. Save your money. For that six bucks, I could have gotten some regular chicken and had that instead (and a lot more of it than I got with two measly patties.)

I’ve encountered multiple instances where there was no expiration date marked on the package. It’s typically a sticker, and I’ve received multiple packages without the sticker (we do order pick-up). I won’t be buying again for this reason. Scary!

These are SO good!! I cook mine medium heat in olive oil for 5 mins one side then flip, cover and turn to low for another 5 mins. Next uncover and let go for another few mins. They are so juice and good. My 6 year old sits next to me and steals bites until I just have to go make a second one!
