I have had 2 sets of these for less than 3 months, and the salad plates already are chipped! Don't want a whole set, wish I could buy pieces. I used to have phaltzgraff, I might have to go back if these keep chipping.

I had saved to purchased the Vienna set since I loved it. Now I’m very disappointed with the mugs. The longer I use them and stir, the finish on the bottom is coming off and has turned black. Are all of your dishes like this?

These dishes are so beautiful! The colors are vibrant and pattern gorgeous. The plates curve up slightly which is really nice. They go in the dishwasher and microwave just fine. All in all I am thrilled with them.

I like the pattern. It is cheerful and the colors are just as expected. However, many of these plates (dinner and salad) are deformed. They look more like seconds than the kind of quality I expected for the price. I should have returned them.

I like both the design and quality. I’ve only been using them for about a week, but, so far I love the set. I hope they will offer open stock of these in case I need to replace a piece in the future. I’d also like to be able to get serving pieces

Love the pattern, but the quality is not quite up to standard. Some glaze chips and the pattern on some of the dishes look like a stencil that was not applied correctly.. I am very disappointed.
