This salsa has no business being this good. Texturally it's like restaurant salsa, pureed with some chunks. Flavor is great, a little heat and balanced with brightness.

I LOVE the flavor of this salsa!! It tastes fresh and almost just like the stuff you get at the Mexican restaurants! 😋 It’s my favorite and I hope they never change the recipe or discontinue! It’s perfectly mild and the medium is definitely spicier!

This is really good and inexpensive fresh salsa. I would like more of a spice kick from the jalapeño that it supposedly contains but I purchased the mild because of sharing it with my 9 yr old. It is a very good mild salsa.

My Target was out of my usual serrano salsa, so i gave this a try. It really doesn’t have any flavor at all. It tastes fresh, so it’s not bad if you just want crushed tomatoes, but it needs at least some lime and cilantro. It’s totally mild (as the label says) but I like spicy, so I added a few fresh jalapeños and it still didn’t have any flavor.

Out of the 3 flavors target carries, this one is the better tasting one with a nice unique fresh healthy flavor. It's not hot at all. Pairs nicely with corn tortilla chips. Just the right consistency, not too chunky and not too liquid. Similar texture to restaurant style salsa.

We try out lots of different salsas but we never went the fresh route. My wife saw this and decided to give it a shot. She tried some on a chip and immediately made one for me. We stood there and ate half the tub! We added some red chili flakes to increase the spice level because it was minimal but the flavor is awesome. We found only one other brand of fresh salsa that compares to this one and we will never go back to the glass jars.

This salsa used to be SO good! Then for a few months it was always out of stock. Since it returned, something has changed. Can't quite put my finger on it, but some flavor is now lacking. I've tried adding garlic, onion salt, cilantro, and a little lime juice, but it's still "off" somehow. Bring back the previous flavor please!!
