I do hope to use something that has less sugar as I am prediabetic but if that was not an issue I'd purchase again. I am using many things for milk supply so it is hard for me to say what role this played.

You just add it to water and stir it up! I added ice because I like it cold. It has great ingredients in it that my lactation consultant recommended to take to boost milk supply and it gives you an energy boost too! Natural herbs in it are fenugreek, blessed thistle, and anise. Also riboflavin, biotin, and B12. Definitely a good supplement for a breastfeeding journey.

Thank you for your feedback! Definitely try our products after pregnancy. We also have our stomach settle morning sickness drops if you are ever feeling nauseous.
