The crust tastes like a nasty gluten free cracker, costs more for less pizza than Caulipower as well. Only gave it 2 stars for being available in a pinch

The PRICE is ridiculously expensive. The SODIUM content is OVER THE TOP! The CRUST, was a CHEWY/almost RAW DISASTER! I can only imagine that the GOOD REVIEWS are for receiving a free pizza?! This ended up in the GARBAGE! I can Doctor up, almost any frozen pizza... This was THE EXEPTION! I would NEVER recommend this crap to anyone... This COMPANY, should be ashamed of putting out such a horrible product!

I was concerned that the crust would be too soft, but I cooked my pizza in a convection oven so that added a little extra crisp to the crust. My kids (toddlers) love pizza, but unfortunately they weren't too crazy about it.

It's a nice thin crust. And even vegetarian. It had a lot of cheese on it. I like my pizza a little darker cooked a little more. I think it gave it a better flavor. And the crust came out perfect. The crust did not get soggy. I actually liked it even better. It was very saucy, with crispy edges, and just the right amount of tang. Will purchase again!

I was worried that the cauliflower would stink up my house while cooking it as other cauliflower products have in the past, but it didn't. I didn't even really taste the cauliflower until you get to the crust when there isn't cheese and sauce to mask the flavor. The pizza itself is small -- like only enough for two people small. I thought it could use more cheese, too. One thing that annoyed me about the packaging is that on the back of the box there is a graphic. If you look at it quickly, it almost reads, "100% cauliflower crust." What it really says is, "Cauliflower crust 100% delicious." It irks me because cauliflower is definitely NOT the only ingredient in their crust. There are at least a dozen other ingredients in the crust alone. It's not a low carb or calorie product either, so other than being gluten-free, I'm not sure what the benefit of the cauliflower crust is.

We shared it with my in-laws who were surprised at how good it was. My father-in-law said, "I didn't know what to expect with a cauliflower crust. How do they make it taste so good?" My wife is gluten-free, and it's great to have products like this on the market. If I could improve one thing, I'd like to see more toppings, including cheese as the toppings were scant.
