My son loves Minecraft and this gift card code works great. You will receive a separate email with the 25 digit code. You just need to go to minecraft.net/redeem, make sure you're logged into your Minecraft account, enter the code in the Redeem Minecoins section and you're good to go!

If I could, I'd give this zero stars. I bought two to give to two different boys. Neither code worked, AND they sent the same code for both purchases. Target would not refund me even after explaining that it didn't work.

I purchased two for two children and they gave me one redemption code. Then there are no instructions on how ot transfer it to the child account. customer service was of no help. This is beyond frustrating for a parent who does not play this game. Do not buy.

Needs clear Directions to redeem code

This was a bit of a pain in the butt. The description of this product DOES NOT give clear directions on how to redeem it. It is important to know the code CANNOT be redeemed on the Xbox itself. You must go to Minecraft.net scroll to the bottom it has a spot to add the code to redeem the minecoins. The other important thing to note is you must sign in to the account that will be using the minecoins. For parents who have family sharing with kiddos, you must login using THEIR account, signing in to the organizers account will put it on their account and not the kiddos.

You better save your receipt!! I didn’t know I needed to even save the paper receipts for the code… once I had thrown it away it was gone. It was so hard to even figure out how to get it done I needed up never even getting my money back on it… so money down the drain. If I had just gone into my kids’ profiles on Minecraft and actually purchased the coins THAT WAY- none of this would have even happened…..save yourself the time and grief, honestly, just buy directly or do NOT lose the paper receipt. The electronic one on your target circle app does not work for it…. For whatever reason. (They need to fix that)
