Dont have a fabric tape measure? Use a shoelace or pant leg to measure. Then, lay it flat & use a ruler or tape measure to get a numerical measurement.

How to measure

  • Height

    Have your child stand in front of the fridge.Mark the top of the head with a magnet. Measure a straight line from floor to magnet.

  • Chest

    Have your child make airplane arms. Wrap tape measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping it level & snug.

  • Waist

    With your child bending to one side, measure the point where the waist flexes naturally. Keep the tape level & comfortably loose.

  • Hip

    Have your child stand like a tall tree with feet together. Measure a level line around the fullest part of the hips & seat.

  • Inseam

    Take a pair of pants that fit your child well. Measure along the seam from crotch to leg opening.

The design is so cool, and it really brought her favorite game to life. It also feels so soft to the touch! However, the sizing runs large—our 9-year-old fit into the 4-6-year-old size with room to spare. Keep that in mind when ordering and maybe size down for a better fit. Overall, it’s a great costume, just watch the sizing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product from Influenster in exchange for my honest review. This Minecraft Wither Skelton costume is getting a lot of use by my son. The costume was packaged well and it looked exactly like the design on the outside. The material is the standard cheap fabric but its held up well with it being worn for play several times and put through the wash, so no complaints. Only thing I would say is size up a little, this seemed a little small to be a size 6/7. Overall, this is a good product for Halloween or kids just wanting to dress up and have fun!

It fits nicely - this is just a little big for the 6 YO - but by Halloween, it'll fit just perfectly. The mask is nice and you can see through it. I appreciate nothing is plastic, so it won't break easily. Plus, this can be used for role-playing and dress up.

The mask has a sheer strip for the eyes, the only problem with that is that hood slides around some when she’s playing so her vision is impaired. Not to the point where she just can’t see but just enough that she’s constantly readjusting the hood. It’s made from a lightweight silky material and there’s great attention to detail. I recommend this for any child who like Minecraft and loves to play dress up.

Huge win to have this in our costume box since he will actually wear it and play in it. The quality is great and has held up for delicate cycle washes with air drying which is a huge win for me. Overall, this would make a great gift for any kid that’s into Minecraft or dressing up!
