The cooking instructions are easy to understand and make it very easy to prepare. I feel like these are alot more healthier then some frozen quick meals and offer nutrition to your meal. I would recommend this product to people who are looking for something fast and easy. And that isn't super unhealthy. I received this product in return for my honest review. Thank you influenster!
