The item is defective. It doesn't work. The battery cover doesn't screw on properly—there is no screw groove on the bubble machine gun itself, only on the cover. As a result, when you try to screw the cover back on to secure it in place, it doesn't work because there’s nothing for the screw to latch onto, and the battery cover just falls off. Additionally, the machine does not dispense bubbles. You can hear the mechanisms whirring and operating, but nothing comes out. Yes, we kept it upright as the instructions stated, but still, nothing happened. Ultimately, I requested a refund because otherwise, I’d be paying $5 just for two batteries. No thanks.

It leaked all over my hands no matter how tightly I twisted the bottle on. Then I realize it was leaking from where the bubbles came out. The bubbles were clumped up and didn’t look nice as other bubble machines I’ve used before.

Don't buy from target!

I’m sure it’s great but it should be noted that if you’re ordering online you may be shipped a different color than what you put in your cart. I ordered one for my son based on the picture (green) and received a purple one.

Can’t fit a screwdriver in the hole. I don’t understand why the hole is deep I couldn’t fit any screw driver I had into it had to break a plastic fork to get it open and fit in there super irritating for sure a design flaw so it really irritated me…

It leaks and you have to turn it upside down fo be able to blow the bubbles

Purchased for my son for valentine's day. Opened it straight out of the package and did not work. Junk!

Bought as a stocking stuffer for my toddler. Was defective out of the box, had to be rigged at the hole for the bubbles to come out. It leaked very bad and became unusable the first day.

My kids can play for hours with this bubble gun. A great gift. I like that fit place the bubble recharge container directly on the gun. Very easy to use for my 2yo

Terrible toy. It leaks everywhere and barely works. Very disappointing. I regret getting it for my son because now he's just sad that his toy is broken. He got it a couple of days ago, he's barely played with it, and it's already garbage.

Leaks easily,I was expecting more good quality

This bubble gun only works when held at a particular angle. I got it for a little kid who doesn't have the hang of blowing bubbles thinking he could still have fun with this, but nope!

I don’t know what I expected but these things never really work. Felt clogged from the first attempt to use it.

Cute bubble blower that my students love

Very difficult to use, first if you want to put the battery in you have to prepare your own screwdriver, and then after the battery is put in it still does not work, I do not know where the switch is? I even don’t know is there any switch or not!

Loved it but it broke so quickly! Our son absolutely loved this and all of the sudden it completely stopped working. We though it was the batteries but we changed them and it still didn’t work

I really wanted to like this. The design is cool because any liquid that doesnt get used runs back into the bottle so you dont waste bubbles. But all in all it's just not functional. It worked okay the first time, but after that, the bubbles wouldn't come out. My 3 year old couldn't press the button hard enough for the bubbles to come out and my 5 year old couldn't get it to work after that first time. I could get a few bubbles out if I held it at exactly the right angle and even then could only get a few bubbles at a time. I bought two, tried different bubble solution, tried cleaning it, and nothing worked. Waste of money.

Do not waste your money. It does not work well

Not only is this impossible to open, you will have to make a second trip to a store/hardware store just to buy the tiniest screw driver to open the part where the batteries go.
