Recently seemed to have changed the farming process or maybe the ‘farm’ itself because these peppers have a rough and tough texture to them and they’re not easily chewed. I got other veggies and dip and actually returned these after nobody liked them!

Usually these are pretty good. We buy them regularly. Size of the individual peppers varies. Tonight my young daughter bit into a red pepper that had quite a bit of spice. My husband sampled it and said it was even too spicy for him! So enjoy, but proceed with caution.

I was expecting a bit more of a traditional bell pepper taste, but these were legit sweet! I loved them! I got a great batch, sauteed them with some onions, and ate them in a chicken fajita one night and chicken sausage another. So, so good! They were a little pricier here than the grocery store so double check the prices. But these are delish anyway!
