Did have some delivery issues. The Fedex driver delivered the package to the wrong address. They said they were unsuccessful in attempts to retrieve it. I contacted the company who said they would send a new one once they found out where the old one had gone. It took 25 minutes on hold to find out it had been delivered to Lamps Plus' own warehouse in Redlands! No wonder Fedex could not get it back! Unfortunately, it had been sent to someone else, so another had to be ordered for me.
