I have had this for less than a month, so I don't feel I can give a good review of the service. We had some hiccups, but the Mint people are great and I give them 5 stars all around. We have some connectivity issues that we never had before, but once I figure out where my best service is, it will be fine. I tend to take the phone for granted until I need it, and that will be the true test. In emergencies am I able to contact who I need to connect with. All the things I don't rate below is because it is too soon for me to know how they affect me.

Call service is fine, but loses data connection frequently even in good signal areas. Not sure why this. It's T mobile Network, and I didn't have this issue with a T mobile account. Since I paid for 12 months up front, I'll keep it for now, but it seems unlikely I will renew.

I am adjusting from unlimited data to 5GB. There has been a learning curve regarding all the ways cell phones switch from Wifi to data or use data through Apps that are running in the background. I would have appreciated a link to a small guide from MINT and how to use less data. I went from 5GB to 1. 6 GB in less than a week because I was ignorant.

3 stars bc at least 2x a week I have to restart my phone in order to make calls and for the internet to work when I'm not connected to wifi. If it were any more expensive I'd rate it lower. But for the price I can restart my phone a couple of times a week.
