I am making an effort to drink more water and reduce my coffee consumption. These liquid water enhancers have significantly improved my hydration. They provide an energy boost without the caffeine jitters and have become my morning alternative to coffee. One of my favorite flavors is Wicked Blue Citrus.

I always struggled to drink enough water & ever since finding Mio (especially the ones with energy), I haven’t had any issues! Tastes so good & I definitely feel the energy! Also, it’s so convenient that I can carry it around with me to work & wherever I go!

I did not receive this item that was supposed to be shipped to me because they ran out of this item in the store. It doesn’t give me an option for the Mio water enhancer to fix so I’m writing this review in hopes of getting this fixed. Very frustrating

With this Mio the flavor is wonderful. It tasted nearly like a Gatorade but with a lot less sugar. The energy content is decent however if you are used to the caffeine stimulant this might not be enough of a dose to give you a jolt of energy. One last small issue is that the dosing of the product itself can be difficult to gauge as everyone’s “one squirt” can be different. Otherwise, I like the low sugar content, and the flavor. This product is a great addition to your hydration if normal water is to boring for you.

This is the best flavor IMO. These are really convenient, you can just pop them in your purse. They aren’t messy like powder mixers. I’ve seen a lot of people use them as mixers at bars. Make sure you follow the directions though and don’t add too many drops or you’ll end up with a stomach ache.

This flavor is super similar to blue powerade in my opinion. I think the flavor is perfect and I LOVE the little bit of caffiene in this. I suffer from migraines and caffiene keeps them at bay. This bottle lasts me forever, too.
