[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first time we try the Mist Water Filter for our Samsung refrigerator and we love it! The biggest factor for us is in keeping with the great taste in our drinking water and knowing that we are getting the filtration needed for peace of mind. When our water tastes great, our kids are more likely to choose water over sugary drinks - and that's a plus, too. Where we live, hard water is a very big issue that can cause thousands of dollars in damage to appliances over time. The filter came nicely packaged without a lot of excess packing materials. It also came in a shrink-wrapped package for peace of mind knowing it has not been tampered with. Reminder stickers also were included to help keep track of changing the filter. The Mist filter was easy to install and does not take up a lot of space in the fridge, leaving more room for food items on that top shelf. I definitely recommend the Mist Water Filter as a replacement filter for anyone's refrigerator water dispenser!

The quality of the filter was just as good and installed with no issues. The quality of the water is just as good even when the filter replacement light came on the effectiveness of the filter had not noticeable changed. To receive mine damaged and busted on one side was really a let down. I do appreciate Samsung jumping on it with customer service but have yet to receive my replacement as of yet. I was going to order a genuine Samsung filter; but after reading a lot of negative reviews, I didn’t want to spend that much money on a filter if it was causing people so many issues. So I decided to give this filter a try. It fit great with no issues or leaks at all. My water tastes much better now, and the price is great. I recommend it 100%

We had started getting a little bit of white film on the drain area so we knew the filter was going bad. As soon as we changed to this filter it was back to pristine water. I swear the flavor is even better than before. We have crystal clear ice and the machine seems to function easier and quieter.

I swear, 100 percent better than what comes out of my faucet in the kitchen sink! We even have a built in water fountain in our sink that supposedly filters the water but it tastes like dirt water when compared to the Mist water filter in our fridge.
