Well I was searching for Hearth and Hands Salt room spray and candle (if you like this scent you will LOVE those) and saw this Mixbar scent with great reviews. I normally don’t buy scents unless having smelled them before- but I ate a gummy sooo…in my cart it went. And it’s awesome. Fresh and long lasting.

It has a beach scent but more on the bitter side. That said, it is still very light and natural. Not my favorite scent on its own but I could see this being a good addition to another bottle if you want to make the scent a little more bitter/salty. My husband said it smelled like soap flowers.

I do feel like I have to use several pumps to get the full power of the scent. When mixing with the other scent, I felt like they cancelled each other out and are better used separately.

The bottle is attractive and looks good on the counter. Unfortunately the lettering wears off quickly after the bottles are handled. It’s a nice fragrance spray, especially for summer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really surprised to find that between this and the passion fruit nectar perfume I enjoyed the salt petals a little bit more. It has a refreshing clean smell to it so I found myself reaching for it a bit more than the other. I ended up throwing it into my work bag to reapply at work as the smell does fade after some time the longevity is not the greatest but it worked very well for a refreshing scent boost midway through my work day. The smell is not too overwhelming and it layers beautifully with the passionfruit nectar the tow scents compliment each other and bring out the best in each other. I would highly recommend them to be used together but even then by itself it’s a lovely fresh scent that can be used for any occasion.
