A: Hello, We have two products available through Target.com European Style Cultured Vegan Butter and Cheddar Style Roadhouse Cheese Spread. I did not see a photograph of the Mozzarella. I've been using the previous recipe for years. So delicous and worth the splurge once in awhile. Wow this new recipe is garbage. It tastes like soap. It did not even melt on the grill! Please avoid.

Best DF cheese I’ve found to use on pizza. Does it taste or have the same texture as regular mozzarella? No. But it’s the least offensive which is all you can ask with plant products. If only my local Target store still sold it! Every DF product I used to purchase is off the shelves now.

This cheese used to be really good before they switched recipes. It taste nothing like how it used to taste. It doesn’t melt anymore and just taste bad. It also leaves a kind of film on your tongue.

Would never purchase again. Doesn’t taste at all like Mozzarella. Doesn’t melt like cheese. Very disappointed. At this price, it should at least resemble “Cheese”. Don’t waste your money on this one.

This is a great alternative to the real thing, if you are missing a caprese salad! Dice up the mozzarella and marinate it over night. You’ll never know the difference, because the “cheese” absorbs the flavors. :)

It tastes and feels exactly like the fresh mozzarella I miss so much. It melts, but not as much as actual mozzarella, but I consider this a win since I can't eat real dairy anymore. Highly recommend for anyone that misses fresh mozzarella and doesn't want to suffer in some way from the actual cheese.

Terrible! Couldn’t get this to melt and it was not pleasant to try and eat. Also, it was incredibly expensive. This brand’s liquid mozzarella is leaps and bounds better.
