A: It's one block. There are no sticks as in regular butter.

A: Miyoko's Creamery Plant Milk Butters do not contain corn or corn derived ingredients. The natural flavors do not contain corn and are derived from a unique blend of organic, plant-based ingredients, including berries, oregano, and flaxseed.

Q: Can this butter be used for baking?
A: Our European Style Plant Milk Butter melts, spreads, bakes and browns beautifully. It can be used as a 1:1 swap in any recipe.

Q: Has this Salted Plant Milk Vegan Butter replaced the Cultured Vegan Butter (Hint of Salt)? If so, is the only difference the level of salt or is there more to it? Thank you!
A: Salted Plant Milk Vegan Butter is Cultured Vegan Butter with a Hint of Salt. We recently changed our packaging and updated product names; recipe has not changed. It is the same butter you know and love!

Q: what kind of salt does this have in it. I see another version that says sea salt but this one does not specify. can you?

Q: does it have soybean oil, palm oil or soy licithin?
A: Thanks for asking about these ingredients! None of our products contain soy. We do not add palm oil to any of our products.

Q: Is it spreadable like the other plant butters? It isn't in a tub so am assuming it is hard like a real butter stick.
A: Fantastic question! You can think of it just like sticks, we use the traditional block shape found in Europe. If you are interested in a butter developed for spreading, we would recommend our Oat Milk Butter that does come in a tub.

Q: Is this salted or unsalted?
A: Hi, Miyoko's Classic Fresh Organic Vegan Butter at Target is the salted version. We will be launching a new unsalted version within the next few months! Our Salted butter is in a yellow box and unsalted will be a light blue. Please let me know if you have any question!
