I was offered the option to personalize the blue version of this tumbler w/ blue lettering. On the website it appeared that this would show up clearly. When I received the cup, the personalization is barely visible. I was given the option to return the tumbler @ my own expense & reorder w/ a different color for personalization. This would require a greater expense on my end then what I paid. I am very dissatisfied with my experience. Tervis should not be offering personalization in this color on the blue tint since it does not show up (& it should not appear that it does in the photos). Furthermore, when a customer calls with a complaint of this kind, they should not be asked to pay more $ to fix the problem. I have been a Tervis customer for over 10 years. Today you lost my business.

Great cup. I have a bunch of the 16oz mugs with different team logos on them. This keeps my water cold for a long time. Would buy again.

Great product. This was a replacement to another mug that got cracked.
