  • A: Yes, you may use Mod Podge Hard Coat to glue a paper image to glass. The product dries clear. Smooth application will reduce the appearance of streaks.

  • A: Unfortunately, no. Mod Podge Hard Coat is a water based Decoupage Medium which glues and seals paper or fabric in Decoupage applications. Mod Podge Hard Coat is not an all purpose sealer.
