Q: Has anyone found this identical chair but without the pockets? I own and really like this chair, but the pockets make it super causal in a way that I don't love.

submitted bycostway - 2 years agoBrand expertA: Perhaps getting “seam picker” and removing it will make it perfect just make sure to look closely at fabric before starting. I would pluck the seams around a bottom corner to start. This would let you examine it better. Seam pickers are cheap, and lets you remove stitching quickly and cleanly. Customizing it will truly make it your own.

This chair looks great, is fairly comfortable, and was easy to put together. I ordered a gray chair, but the fabric is very, very blue. (See the photo of the chair in the foreground with my gray couch and gray rug.) It doesn’t go well with the rest of my living room, but I already discarded the box. Maybe I received a blue chair instead.

I love the blue color and the style of this chair so much that I ordered a second chair for our living room! Assembly was easy also. Comfortable to sit in for visiting, but not to cozy-up in. The color is not really navy, but a medium blue-teal. Love these chairs!

We ordered this chair in the blue color for the purpose of reading books at bedtime with our boys. Pro's: affordable, easy to put together, the boy loves it, side pockets to hold thin books. Con's: terribly uncomfortable for adult size humans. the back support is slightly reclined and a little awkward. It's a fine purchase, no regrets really. Only wish it wasn't so awkward for an adult. It works nicely in our kids room but i would not put it in a main living area as an accent chair.
