Q: I got water on this and it left a horrible stain. Is there a way to remove that? Or can I please return? $35 is too much to have ruined by a drop of water..

A: Hello - We are really sorry to hear about the issue. To remove a water mark from 100% recycled nylon, try blotting the area with a damp white cloth and a solution of equal parts distilled white vinegar and water. Avoid scrubbing to prevent damage. After cleaning, dry the area thoroughly to prevent mildew. Hope this helps. - Kevin

Bought this to use as my teacher backpack for the school year and it has been a great purchase. I’m incredibly pleased with it. It fits my Chromebook and a hard back notebook, as well as a pencil bag and some odds and ends. It had an outer snap pocket and an inner zipper pocket. It also has some hardware where you can clip a key ring to it. It looks very polished too. The fabric also wipes well if it gets dirty.

Target's site is preventing me from uploading the photos, but I was trying to display the beautiful sheen on this bag. The taupe is gorgeous! The pictures really do not do it justice - this bag is sleek and very classy. I got compliments the first day I took it to work. I thought it didn't have an external pocket, but it does. It's just large enough for a file which is nice. I can comfortably fit my work laptop makeup bag, journal, umbrella, wallet, eyeglass case, and I have room to spare. There's an extra internal zipper for private items as well. The straps are comfortable to wear to "hike" across the parking lot into work and leaves both hands free for falling on the ice! Hahaha.

I really really loved the design of this backpack, but when I put my laptop in it and put it on, the back doesn’t have enough structure in it and the part where the straps attach digs into my back. I was so sad to return it but it was just super uncomfortable.

This backpack is GORGEOUS. It’s the same taupe-y brown shade that Gucci uses and it has a subtle shimmer to it. I found it when it was 30% off, but it looks much more expensive than it is! So happy to have it! Holds a lot more than you would think too.

Here's the revised review: --- I recently purchased this backpack and I'm thrilled with it! There's plenty of room inside, and the comfortable straps make it easy to carry around all day. It has a dedicated compartment that fits my iPad and small laptop perfectly. Plus, it fits in the overhead bin on an airplane with ease, which is a huge plus for travelers. The only downside is that the backpack straps can't be tucked inside the bag, which would have been a nice feature. However, this is a minor issue compared to all the positives. Highly recommend!
