As others have mentioned, it doesn’t actually sit flush on the wall and it’s not functional at all. You cannot hang anything on it because it is so loose.

Sliding mechanism is terrible.

The hook does not stay on the attachment. If I removed a coat, it would come off immediately.

The hooks slide into a wall mount and they fall off with any removal of weight.

Terrible - when installed correctly it just sits on a tiny ledge. If you interact with it at all the hook falls off the wall.

The hook is very loose even when properly screwing it in. The wall part is tight, the actual hook is very loose because it just sits on top of the screw part and comes right off the wall if lifted up. I would not buy this again

Bought them and luckily noticed right before drilling into the wall that the hardware was loose like many other mentioned. There’s also no way to secure the hook so if you pull up it just comes off the wall. Also, love to see a bunch of robo or fake reviews. They all say the same thing, something about elegance and then a comment on the “double hook design”. Pretty bad business practice.

These hooks are cute but extremely annoying. If you pull an item up you will likely end up removing the hook from the wall.

This double hook had a good weight and was the color I was looking for. To preface, I have installed quite a few hooks of this kind. I installed the screw plate, using wall anchors as suggested for drywall. When I slid the hook onto the screw plate, it was loose, as if the size of the slot and the wall plate were different. I decided to just roll with it for a hand towel. Any time I used the towel, the hook would come off and fall to the floor. Perhaps I could have used some double sided tape to adhere it inside, but I simply just bought another hook from another different retailer. That saying, it may have been a one-off faulty product.

I purchased three and each box was missing the piece that mounted to the wall. One box had no instructions or screws. I am returning all these

It does not fit on. I just screwed it into the wall and I’ve tried everything and the hook part will not go on. The hook part is hitting the screws. I’ve screwed my wall up - no wonder it was $3
