I've put this seasoning on my food since I was a little girl and that is about 50 years of loving Spike!! It's in the same bottle with the same label for that long, too... a mainstay in an ever changing world! Try it... you won't regret you did!

I’ve loved this seasoning for many years and put it on cottage cheese, vegetables etc. it’s difficult to find in stores and when I’ve found it, past its expiration date. I order often from Swanson’s and it’s a good price.

I've used Spike for years. My local grocery store stopped carrying it, so I'm happy to buy it from Swanson's at such a great price. I especially like to sprinkle some on hot buttered brown rice--yum!

I love this seasoning for just about anything. It's not only tasty, but good for you! I use it on meats, sauces, fish, eggs, etc. I also really like it on popcorn drizzled with coconut oil and spike! It's a great way to add that extra taste to your food!!

I've been using Spike for years. I especially enjoy it sprinkled on buttered brown rice. It complements the nutty flavor of the rice very well. It's also delicious in soups, omelets, salads and casseroles and on potatoes, meats or fish. It's good on everything! I love, love, love it and highly recommend you try it. You'll probably want to keep several bottles on hand so you don't run out.

When I first saw this product on Swanson's last year, I bought it strictly for the price, not realizing this was a Gayelord Hauser product. My mother would watch his T.V. show in the early '60s when I was a child. For me this has great nostalgia, but it is a wonderful product. I use this seasoning in cooking, but I also add it to my apple cider vinegar drinks. The sea salt and flavorings add a delicious flavor to ACV drinks.

I grew up on this seasoning! I think my mom bought it for the low salt, no msg, and delicious flavor it adds to so many different foods. I don't cook or eat any meat without it. It's also really good on rice. I've been buying from Swanson's for a couple years and just saw that they carry Spike. It's a great price here and is almost twice the price in the very, very few stores you can find it at. I highly recommend trying this if you never have. You won't be disappointed!

Spike is an excellent all purpose seasoning but hard to find locally. I'm happy that I found Swanson since their product inventory, low cost shipping and quick service make it a no-brainer to use them as my favorite source now.
