Installation was easy. This is the second Moen kitchen faucet that I have installed in 20 years. The old one was in need of replacement because of the minerals in the water. When I needed a part for the old one, Moen was always very helpful. I love the new faucet and doing business with Moen.

it took longer to take the old one out than put the new one in and so far I'm loving the new faucet everything seems smooth and when ordering it it got here fast and packaged well everything look good and went together good and everything I needed was in the box

We could not get a hands on the product since it was displayed on the top row in store. When we got it home we found out the main piece that was under where the facets and the spot sits is plastic. We were tired and sick of running errands and the facet we were replacing had a warrenty we just installed it. Time will tell

We originally purchased this faucet in 2010, the sprayer broke twice since then and they have been great to send a replacement. This time the whole thing came apart and Moen said it just needed replaced. We had a replacement in a couple of days. It had a couple of improvements so hopefully this one holds up.
