Moen Bayhill One Handle Bronze Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet

Bought to go with my new grey quartz sink; sleek design and smooth operation; love the toggle spray head.

Bought this to replace a faucet that leaked and ended up molding. Quick and easy install, great directions. Anyone could install. Love the weighted hose to automatically "pull" it back. Dropped a star for construction. The faucet is zinc with a pattern over it. Zinc corodes so quickly so if you scratch through the surface color, you're gonna be out of luck. Chrome would address it, but doesn't help for the other colors like this.

The bronze gooseneck kitchen faucet I bought looks beautiful and operates great. I was suspicious about the sprayer being retractable but it is a great feature that works well.

I bought this faucet one week ago or less. I noticed that the high arcing metal piece that houses the hose for the sprayer is very loose fitting. I should have returned it at this point. I have used it for one week and now the handle in the entire center cylinder is loose. I have been purchasing Moen products for 30 years. I purchased them because of their customer service and quality product. Both are extremely lacking! In the past, if I’ve had any issues with Moen parts, I simply call and speak to a very kind customer service representative and I have parts sent out to me. I called today to try to get my issue resolved and I get a phone appointment for a phone call back in one week. Due to “high call volume”. This is unacceptable Moen

I am very happy so far....love the pull down to spray.

We’ve had this for awhile and while it looks great, I’m not pleased with the function. It won’t hold the normal, non-spray mode. Each time I turn on the faucet, it’s somewhere in the middle with some normal flow and some spray. If I switch to spray it holds that mode but if I switch to normal mode it rarely goes to full normal and holds. I’ve cleared space under the sink so I’m sure the hose has the freedom it needs. Problem appears to be in the mode button

Bought this after purchase an online faucet which I returned due to very difficult installation, if not impossible. This goes great with our new quartzite countertop.

Just installed new quartz countertops & needed a new faucet to complete the look. Chose this for the brand, features & the graceful, elegant handle. Easily adjusts the flow of water and the pullout nozzle is very flexible and effortless to use.

I upgraded to a Moen faucet when I had my home built. It was fine for the first 5 years, but the faucet leaked twice in one year causing significant damage. The problem is compounded by how long it takes to get the part.

Got installed yesterday. Love how well the sprayer keeps attached when finished using it. The handle doesn’t have to go all the way back to get hot water - a smaller range of handle movement. I like the substantial look in addition to its features.

We loved the faucet but do not like the soap dispenser that came with it. It is too short on top where you pump the soap out.

The faucet was very easy to install and happy with the operation of the faucet. The sprayer has greatly improved from my past faucet.

Thought it had a pressure boost. But, it does not. Disappointed!

We needed a new kitchen faucet and wanted 1 with a built in sprayer.
