Q: Are the tubes supposed to be sealed in any way?

A: Hello, The tubes do not have a snap off tip or seal. We have a tamper-evident clear adhesive sticker placed on the outside of the box opening. As long as that is intact and shows no signs of tampering, you are safe to use.

Q: I have a question about the seal on box. I know there is a little clear tamper sticker but when you take the tubes out of the box and twist the cap off is it already have a hole to squeeze the gel out of?

A: Hello, The tubes do not have a snap off tip or seal covering the hole. As long as the tamper evident clear adhesive sticker is on the outside of the box and not tampered with, you are fine to use.

Purchased this item since I hate taking pain meds (adult). I’m currently using Invisalign and new trays cause so much tooth discomfort. I dont know what ingredients are causing it, but somehow it’s causing me headaches. Two days using this product I’ve gotten severe headaches. Would NOT trust this for my child.

Wanted to try this because it's organic and liked the fact that it has day and night gels. The gels are so tiny for the price you pay and doesn't last long. Did absolutely nothing for my son's teething pain.

Recently purchased these for my 2 year old who had a canker sore in his mouth. I used it 4 times within 2 days and the canker sore was gone. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seems to be helpful when chilled! It’s good it doesn’t make the area numb because of risk of numbing the back of the throat (choking etc). So I like this product. Seems especially helpful for the molars because it’s not as easy to get the cold teethers back there.
