Monoprice Adjustable PA Live Sound Speaker Stands with Air Cushion - Pair

I was pleasantly surprised enough to go on facebook and tell all my musician friends what a GREAT pair of stands I got from "Monoprice"... I've bought a few more items from you since... Still waiting on my new XLR cables though...

These are not Ultimate or K & N quality. However, I'd put them on par with On-Stage products with the added benefit of the Air Cushion for lowering speakers. I purchased a pair about 3-years ago and use them often enough to have a decent take on quality. Stands are one item that I tend to toss around and so far they are holding up pretty well with half storage in a bag and often not. The collars are made of plastic, but so far haven't stripped. The air Cushion is still functioning. I do use these for cabs that weigh less than 32lbs and have had them extended to ~6.-7' (top of speaker) and felt that they were stable at that height. I cannot stress this enough (because I'm often surprised by supposed professionals) but please extend the legs out fully when using these and any other stands. (Rant complete . . thank you..)

very impressed with these stands. a little heavier than some but appear to be extremely well-built. like the air cushion feature. really nice stands for a bout half what I would expect to pay for them. great buy!

Plenty sturdy enough. My 15s are pretty heavy. Made the cabs outta 1" ply with a heavy carpeting around the outside. These hold them well. I had to make adapters for the tops bcuz my holes on my cabs are just a little too big and they didn't set straight. But no biggie.. It's all good.

The speaker stands are the bomb I can?t wait to try them at our next gig

These pair of speaker stands are really firm, sturdy, durable, well made with adjustable height and extra support pin too. It also collapses very easily once its loosened. The air cushioned is not needed but it kinda helps not to get pinched. ?? I would highly recommend this for anyone looking for a budget friendly Pro-Audio Speaker Stand that's well made.

These are simple, but that is a good thing. They appear to be every bit as durable as other stands I've used in pro music venues, if not more. The only thing I could see breaking from abuse are the knobs, but these are designed in such a way that the knobs are not necessary to effectively use.

Excelente match for the Stage Right 15-inch Powered speakers. This position the speakers at optimum height for sound dispersion. The stands are solid and sit firmly with the speakers on.

Stable, durable, easy to adjust and collapse down to a nice size that makes them easy to transport. You can feel the quality and you can't find a better price.

Don’t hesitate. I’m not saying these will last as long as expensive ones but I’ll say they are as nice as %95 of the ones on the market. They will last me for a very long time. The air cushion isn’t necessary but it nice.

I wanted a pair of speaker cabinet stands for the very occasional small scale live sound that I still sometimes do. I'm surprised at how sturdy and well built these stands are! I would be comfortable placing a 2-way wood 15" on these poles without worry that they would be stable and sturdy enough. I was pleasantly surprised and would recommend without hesitation!

I have bought a couple sets of Pevy speaker stands for 3 times the price of these stands and these do the job. I have two 60 lb speakers and these stands are stable. Buy with confidence.

Used to stand up two Fender Passport 150 speakers. The whole setup isn't anything extreme that would test their strength, but after lending them to less that careful colleagues and tossing them in the back of several trucks for gigs at different spots, they're still holding up like new. If you're looking for something to support a small-to-medium sized speaker these will do the trick.

I’ve used other stands at this price range and none will compete. I used powered speakers that are around 50lbs in weight and these stands have no issues. Can’t say much about the air cushion except that it works. Buy them and you won’t be disappointed.

These are wonderful heavy duty stands at a really good price.
