Great product, easy to maneuver. These make it so much better to deal with for a complete home theater setup, much easier to tidy up.
great for media enclosures, patch panels

I bought these cables more for the slim aspect than the cat6a, though the latter is also great. The big win for me is a bundle of 12-24 slim cables takes up much less physical space than typical cables. This makes a big difference in an in-wall media enclosure or similar, where space is at a premium. Bundles of slim cables are also easier to dress, they're more flexible simply because the bundled trunk isn't as thick, meaning you can route it around easier, and without filling cable management channels, blocking air flow, etc. I also like these snagless hoods, but IME that really comes down to personal preference.

build quality seems okay but the connectors used are too small to fit perfectly into a standard port.

These cables are well constructed and are easy to string across short or long distances and true to form are not prone to snagging or bunching.

Wow, these are great! didn't think cat 6a could be this small, but I've had 0 issues with these after replacing around 30 cables with these, ranging from 3 feet, to 30 feet.
I love these cables

The SlimRun cables are the most convenient network cables you'll find, they're so easy to route because of their size and flexibility. If you need a network cable, these should be your first consideration!

Different length cables are not identical

Nice cables, but bought different lengths and some colors are different and the 6 inch cables I bought do not have the same terminations as the longer cables. Bought all the same SlimRun cables so they would match so that’s a bit of a disappointment.

How long are those cables in my bag?? INCLUDE LENGHT!

The cables are great, love them. They come in bags you need to shred to get open which isn't so nice. It would be nicer if they were like the Fiber cables I also get from monoprice and be zip-locked so the bags remain useful until the cables are all used. Frustratingly though the label says, and I quote: "MONOPRICE Monoprice SlimRun Cat6A, Ethernet Patch Cable - Snagless RJ45, UTP, Pure Bare." All that is factual but once I've received them, rather pointless. What's missing? Color, oh but wait, I can see through the bag so that's OK. What else is missing? LENGTH! Yeah for 1 foot and maybe 3's I can guess. For 5's 7's 10's 14s' though it's a guess. Frustrating to tear open a bag (remember no zip) pull them out, undue at least 2 perhaps three bread ties, unfurl, and find out you have a 5 but need a 7. Stuff it all back in. How hard is it to indicate the cable length on the package??
Great cables just wish they had a 9in size

Great cables, just wish they had a 9in version. 6in just a tad short and 12in too long. That's just nitpicking if you need to find a fault of these cables

Less bulky and obtrusive, more flexible

I get that these are especially great for dense rack installations. But I initially bought a few 3 foot ones for all the media devices in the tv stand. They are much much less bulk and easier to hook up. Next I bought some 14 and 20 footers to use for patch cables from wall outlets to laptops and printers, etc. Finally, I just bought a bunch (6", 1 and 2 foot) to wire up a new home network including a patch panel, switch and Ubiquiti gateway/firewall. Tested every cable and connection for 1Gbs. I know they are rated to 10G but not sure I'll ever need to test at home in my lifetime.
