A: On the monster jam mommas fb page, people have said to make sure it is on a level, smooth surface and that was the problem.

A: Push down really hard on the grey power shooter part the trucks go through. I mean really push on it til you hear a click and if it still don't do it again til u hear the other click! Read this in a reddit post and it worked for ours.

A: No, we bought this for our son, and he has both, Hot Wheels Monster Trucks and Monster Jam trucks and only the Monster Jam ones fit. The hot wheels ones have fatter wheels that don’t run through the launcher
