I live this item as a throw in the bag snack for myself or my kids, but there was a packaging change that made the bags thicker and harder to tear. My kids can't open them, and I have to use scissors most tries. Can you please go back to the original or make these easier to open?

We have always loved this product. We buy it weekly. Recently the packaging has changed and we have trouble opening them. My daughter has trouble opening them at the lunch table. I have trouble opening them while trying to drive. I’m dumping trail mix all over my car, LOL. Please bring the old packaging back.

These are great my kids love these! But it seems the quality of the packaging changed over the last few months. These are near impossible to tear open. If you don’t have a pair of scissors on you good luck getting the bag open.
