This has the same dryness of other goat cheeses. But it also has a creamy texture to it, which was new for me as far as goat cheeses are concerned. It was great plain and also great on a cracker.

The other thought he liked it until it had too strong of a tangy aftertaste. The third preferred the pumpkin goat cheese. I looked at a lot of reviews and so many people love this cheese so it might taste better to me if it was mixed in a recipe. However, as a stand alone product, I would not eat it again.
