A: All of our products contain MDF and particle board (composite wood materials) that are produced in compliance with California Air Resource Board (CARB) Emissions regulation 93120.2a. If you require specifics or further information with regards to the off-gas limits these can be found by viewing information or the regulations on the web.

Q: If I ship this to my house, will it come fully built or do I have to build it myself.
A: It will arrive unassembled. Assembly is straightforward with a hammer and screwdrivers (power ones speed up the process)

Q: If this product is really 53" tall, etc, why hasn't description been changed? I would hate to get the wrong item.
A: Yes, the correct dimensions are: 23.25"W x53.25"H x16"D

Q: Does the Monterrey vertical dresser 5 drawers come assembled? If not, what is the estimated assemble time?
A: No, it ships unassembled. I would allow yourself plenty of time (a couple of hours) so you don't feel rushed. It will go faster with two people as each drawer box needs assembly. For assembly, you will need a Phillps screwdreiver, a flat head screwdriver and a hammer. To anchor the product to the wall you will need a drill.

Q: what are the dimensions, width specifically, at the bottom of the dresser vs the top of the dresser.
A: The top is 23.25" W and overhangs the side of the dresser. The width of the 'body' is 21.75"
