Monument Grills Cast Iron Cooking Plate

This was the perfect fit for my Eminence 425. I saw in pictures that some people placed it on top of their grates or swapped them out. I decided to swap mine out with one of the grates and it fit perfectly. Haven't cooked on it yet, but it did take a solid seasoning, so I assume it would work very well.

Not a grate replacement, put it on top. Does what it says it should, a nice cast iron surface. Flat on one side, slats on the other.

If you want the grills as well as a flat surface like a Blackstone, this is a great addition

Works great for smash burgers!! Do you sell or can recommend some kind of guage to hook to the propane tank to see how full it is?

I have the smaller M200 and with the flat plate there is plenty of grill to have both a grate and flat top to cook on.

Way to small to do anything with. Doesn't fit the grill appropriately in any direction. Very dumb design.

Hey, thanks Monument grills I ordered unit was shipped and received in a timely manner. Overall, the assembly of the grill was easy, I like the way it’s partially preassembled. After seasoning, the grill for an hour or so proceeded to cook steaks, which turned out excellent, It just takes a few cooks to figure out the hotter side based on the gas inlet of the burners. I would recommend a deep grease tray with disposable liners And a place to store the rotisserie assembly. I slightly modified the rear cabinet of my #77352 Grill to hold the rotisserie bar and made a bracket to hold the motor inside the cabinet cheap while not in use. These items were purchased relatively inexpensive at a local hardware store overall, I do like the grill and have no issues with it. I would highly recommend this Grill to anyone who was looking for one.

I was torn between choosing a griddle or a grill and with this I get the best of both!!

Love having the option to use the cooking plate while also grilling. Taking off one star since there are no care instructions at all, so not sure about the proper way to season or clean.

Works fine on the 200 but on the 300 remove a grate and there is a big empty spot

I was looking for a grill with a cooking plate and this is one of the few that you could order one for that was a exact fit . Now just need to order a grill cover that fits .

I originally purchased this with the intention of swapping out one of the originally included grates of my Monument Mesa propane grill but was disappointed to see it’s about an inch too long to fit in the slot. I probably should have measured it before purchase but “oh well” I thought. “I‘ll just go buy the right size” only to find they do not make them to fit my model of grill. Disappointed. Seems like an oversight. Would change to 5 stars if they offered it for the size I need.

This accessory is a must-have for all grillers. We grilled some bacon and hamburgers for the best cheese, bacon backyard burgers ever.

Size does not fit exactly on the side burner. The quality of the cooking plate is not good and will rush easily

Besides the reasonable cost, this cast iron grill plate works fantastic. I love that it can be positioned on the side or in the middle of the grille. Also, it can be easily removed to clean in the sink. My old expensive grill had a cast iron grill plate that was so heavy, I struggled just to lift it. The Monumental cast iron grill plate is also reversible with a ribbed surface. I am so pleased with this entire Monumental Grill and with all the features and options. It is a terrific value that no other brand is worth consideration!
