Work well wish charged the battery more and when you put it on a wireless charging stand it did not change the case only the phone. It the end it works and charge the phone

The packaging was damaged. It appeared to have been a product previously returned by another customer

I purchased the black and rose battery pack hoping to get great use out of them but was disappointed with the added weight. Understandably, there’s no way around the added weight. One night while laying in bed, I was going through my phone and it slipped out of my hand and on to my face. (Fortunately no damage to my pearly whites!) I quickly realized I wasn’t going to enjoy them as much as I’d hoped. Since then I’ve returned them and have requested refunds on the purchase.

Yes! No cables! This is a wireless case that you can charge wirelessly too! Awesome!

This juice pack was ordered to tin an 11 pro. It is for an 11. I will be sending it back and placing another order.

I was a little disappointed it was only strong enough for one charge. But that helps.

Wrong item sent. Company will not allow return. Emails bounce back- no phone number provided.

Looses charge. Does not charge phone more than 15-20%. Thoroughly useless or faulty product . Do not buy.

Juice Pack works great only charges about 50% of phone battery

Had one of these for my last phone and it was great. This one is dead before the phone is 1/4 charged. It’s super thick and heavy like it would charge the phone multiple times.

I have used Mophie juice pack since iPhone 3! Moved to a 6 and 11pro. Seems to only charged phone to 1/2 and does not cover the phone well like the earlier juice pack versions. I did use another brand and model that did not hold up and went back to Mophie. Its slightly better but lacks.

Loved my first pack but it was damaged falling from the car. It would charge 100% and able to use when iPhone was low. This second pack cannot compare. Only has (1) light on initial use to recharge the phone. Not sure what is happening. Maybe need a replacement. Thanks.

I've always been a strong supporter of Mophie. I love these units. I did have to have this one replace because it cracked and enlarged on the back over a year and a half. I'm not sure what caused it but you guys replaced it for me By accident I ordered a new one also so I got the replacement for the old one and the new one I ordered, which is great. I gave the other one to my wife. Thanks so much for all your help.

Protective case is very sturdy. The side holster is a bit clunky to attach the phone and case. Very difficult and takes some effort.

Excellent products. Must have cases and screen protectors.

I've had Juice Packs for some of my previous phones and have always been satisfied. This one for the iPhone 11Pro is a major disappointment. It will only charge the phone up to 50% from a totally discharged phone battery. All my previous Juice Packs would do a 100% charge when the phone battery was totally discharged. I would not buy the Juice Pack for my phone again!

Works great on my iPhone. Have been a Mophie customer for years. This case really appealed to me for the open charging ports & wireless charging from the case to the iPhone itself. Leaves for many options to get more battery power to your phone & access to your charging ports. Very convenient. Battery also packs a decent amount for the size it adds to the phone. Good hand feel. I’d recommend.

Awesome accessory. Wireless charging feature frees up the iPhone charging port for headphones and perfect design for clear audio calls. I have tried other brands and fallback to the mophie brand to extend battery through the day.

Previously being a supporter of Zagg products, I purchased two of these charging cases for my current phones. After following the instructions this battery pack ran out in very little time, got very warm and could only charge 23% of the phone. The previous model for my iPhone 7 was far superior to this one, which was purchased years ago. I will be contacting customer service for a refund or exchange for both chargers.

This case is very nice looking and keeps my phone safe. I drop my phone alot and never had it crack. Every time I upgrade to a new phone i go here and order my new mophie. Well worth the money.
