Q: Can you microwave these veggie burgers?
submitted by kathy - 6 years ago
A: I know this is an old question but wanted to chime in - I only every microwave veggie patties. This one does well with it (like Dr Praeger's) and I'm a fan!
submitted byHealthy but Hungry - 2 years agoA: You can, but they'll be soggy. I usually microwave for a minute to get it warm, then finish it up in the toaster oven on foil or in a hot pan for texture.
submitted bysomeguy - 5 years ago
Q: Why is this priced like a value pack of 8 burgers when it's only the regular pack of 4? This should be closer to $4.
submitted by Jellyn - 3 years ago
A: The pricing appears to be fixed!

Finally, a veggie burger I look forward to eating. Almost impossible to tell from ground beef, but without all the fat, antibiotics, environmental destruction, cruelty, and guilt. The price is right too.
Super!

This is the first time I've had these and they're the best veggie burgers I've ever had!

They just don't taste the same. I've been eating these for about 20 years and have told numerous friends about them, who all liked them. Now I can't eat them. Please change them back.

I miss the original egg-based version—it had such a good flavor and texture. There are plenty of vegan alternatives out there already, so why not cater to vegetarians instead of going fully vegan? Subway also offers that same disappointing product, and I mistakenly thought the patties sold in grocery stores were the old recipe I loved. Excited to enjoy them again, I bought a box of Garden Veggie Patties. But yuck—the new recipe is gross, with an unappetizing flavor, taste and texture. I ended up throwing out the remaining three patties along with the box. What a huge disappointment! Please go back to the old fabulous tried and true recipe. Please! I am begging you, so many of us are devastated by this loss.

I loved these veggie burgers, but the last few I bought were really hard around the edge. I always cook these less than the directions say, just to avoid having hard edges. That worked in the past, but it doesn't matter now. The edges are always really hard, and I have go spit it out. I'm now looking for another brand of veggie burger.

Awwww I could cry. I loved these my entire life and now they taste different. I hadn’t bought in awhile so thought maybe I got a bad batch. Why didn’t you just make a new vegan burger and leave my burger alone.

I love burgers but since having bariatric surgery I can’t eat them, they make me ill. I was looking for veggie burgers today at the grocery store and found these and figured why not. Now I know why not. The flavor was kind of bland except for the terrible aftertaste, kind of metallic. They were also kind of oily. I hope these aren’t representative of all veggie burgers because if they are I’m just going to have to be burger less.
taste like garbage

These have a good flavor and texture. However, I wish they were vegan. They contain egg whites.

I have been eating the Buffalo wings daily for years. The taste has changed in the past month. I originally thought it was just the bag I bought but no. Why make changes?

I love these burgers. They're delicious and pretty good lukewarm. Plus I love them with whole grain bread. I also like that I get a decent chunk of my protein from them.

These are just okay. They don’t taste bad at all, they just lack flavor and don’t add anything to the burger. The Spicy Black Bean ones are much better.
So Good!

I'm not vegan, but I love these veggie patties. I've been eating them for 30 years and now they are even better tasting than before. I just add some American cheese, on an onion hamburger bun, and omg it's heavenly.
Much tastier!
