I’m so disappointed in this product. First, off this thing is BIG & HEAVY. The photos might have you thinking different. The box was severely damaged, so much so that I encountered a exception with fedex because the label became ineligible & had to be replaced. The instructions are vague & not clear. I’m missing a screw. The headlights were bent down, & one was physically damaged from being bent & missing both screws to hold it onto the bike. Both tires are flat. It’s is NOT charged out of the box. The bike only works when it’s plugged into the charger, but the light is green on the charger & not red. When I unplug it & turn the key nothing happens. I’m returning this 😞 & there were dirty tire marks on the styrofoam inside the box from the tires, looks like it has been rode

Got the Moto tec Mars, It's a beast! Let's start with the bad. Almost every screw/bolt was loose, good thing I checked. I had watched the Velicifero video on how to assemble which was very helpful and you should do one on the Mars. Instructions are really bad and don't cover everything. Moto tec, Will contact China about this. Headlights had to be completely disassembled to tighten the 2 screws under the housing. Upon reinstalling noticed both had stripped out on the housing of the light where the cage goes back on. The design is really bad and I would love to have new ones sent to me or a nice LED light bar would be way better. Could a light bar be installed and do you recommend one? Charging the battery. Can you leave it plugged in even after the green light comes on? Seems the meter still showed 1 bar, not fully charged but the green light came on so I thought that meant fully charged? Moto tec, The light is RED when connected to a low battery and it turns GREEN once the battery reaches a certain voltage. It’s not supper accurate, so it may not be completely charged when Green, but should be very close. So you could leave it a tad after that would be fine. However the rule of thumb is don’t leave the charger connected longer than a full day, that can start to slowly overcharge the battery and ruin it’s life. With the back wheel adjusters being on both sides can a cargo trailer be installed? Moto tec, If you mean connecting a hitch to the adjusters, I would say no, but I am sure you could connect something anywhere else that is strong. Is there a way to put a regular bike seat on this, some kind of an adapter? Moto tec, You would have to make something custom The good! Powerful and very touchy throttle, is there a way to make it a more of a gradual throttle? Burns rubber almost every time, which i'm not complaining about but..... Love the tires and suspension. Love the solid feel of the Mars I'm 250 5*11" and feel very comfortable on it
