I just started taking this a couple of weeks ago for joint soreness from prolonged sports activities! I have already noticed a difference in my wrist soreness in the days following tennis matches! Just a few weeks after I started taking this, my left knee pain totally subsided. Once I ran out and after a couple of weeks, my knee pain was back. I re-started these pills and the pain went away again! I love that it is only one very small pill per day. I tried OsteoBiflex which is a HUGE horse pill and it did not work nearly as well. I plan to continue using Move Free Ultra.

I opted to try this because the pills are much smaller and I can still take it once a day. 3 weeks in and I'm in pain, I look and move like I just got run over by a truck and am running back to Osteo Bi-Flex.
