A: If sold in California those warnings are required The fact is that everything that ANY retailer sells has the exact same materials that cause cancer and birth effects, BUT if the products are not being sold in California, then these other stores do not have to label it!

Lightweight but flimsy and not sturdy. Was afraid to put weight on it. Design was neat. I liked the adjustable legs and the handle to carry. I returned it because it was cracked on the surface when I unboxed it.
