Q: I love how the Christmas tree looks but the lights will not stay on! I put in the AA batteries and pushed the red button and the lights go on but will not stay on unless I keep holding the button.

A: It sounds like you're speaking of the "try me" button. You would pull the wire out from the base. It will then start working properly.

Paint accent and finish on Ceramic Tree was very unsightly; drippy, runny patterns of blue. Sloppy looking overall. Returned for refund. No free returns; customer is responsible for return cost.

After having grown up admiring my grandmother's hand-made ceramic tree, I was so happy to purchase one of these! Sadly, my son knocked it off the shelf, and it broke. So I purchased another, only to be disappointed after 1-2 uses, that the plastic on/off/timer switch broke when I switched it in place last night. It broke flush, so the tree no longer is able to be turned on. I hope this is just a fluke, and will not break for you! But I won't be purchasing a third of this product. :(
